Join NYC REACH for a free NYS PCMH Sustainability Workshop to learn best practices for maintaining PCMH operations, how to align PCMH with other programs, and how to maintain PCMH Recognition. It is important for practices to maintain PCMH operations year-round, as NYS PCMH Recognition must be renewed annually.
Workshops for the remainder of 2022 will be centered around the 2023 Standards & Guidelines.
